RBMQC.csv VS. MyriadRBM ADNI CSF QC Multiplex data

Hi group,

Does anybody know the difference between the RBMQC.csv and theADNI CSF QC Multiplex data.csv provided under the BiomarkersConsortiumCSF_ADNI1/ directory? These files don't correlate with each other at all. And there's no docs that I could find..

Have you seen the data primers for the datasets? See attached screen shot.

LONI doesn't even have RBMQC.csv file posted any more, that solves the problem. Thanks for your response Mike.
