rfMRI and ADNIMERGE (mayoadirl_mri_imageqc)

Dear All,

With reference to ADNIMERGE (Built: R 3.3.1; ; 2016-09-13 02:29:00 UTC).  There are 848 records in mayoadirl_mri_rfmri that contain the term "Resting" in the SERIES_DESCRIPTION and the latest SERIES_DATE listed is 28-Oct-2015.  On the LONI database there are listed 885 image sets that contain the term "Resting" in the Series description with 20+ showing a SERIES_DATE (acquisition) after 28-Oct-2015, e.g., 019_S_4835 on 27-June-2016.  This raises the question whether mayoadirl_mri_rfmri is being maintained, or not?  It was suggested elsewhere to look at the table mriquality.  However, no records are found in mriquality with the term "Resting" in the SERIESDESC field.  Am fine to do own Quality Assurance on the rfMRI, but welcome clarification on mayoadirl_mri_rfmri status.

The labs processing the images and providing QC or numeric summary data, do so periodically throughout the year. I recently heard from Mayo (the group that provides the QC data as well as the fMRI numeric summaries) that they should have updated files later this week or early the following week, so hopefully soon, you will see updates to these files on the LONI website.
