SITEID - country mapping?

Dear all,

Is there a way to obtain a mapping between SITEID and country? I would like to distinguish participants enrolled in the USA from those enrolled in Canada, if possible.

According to DATADICT.csv, there is (or was, up to ADNI3) a table named SITES_VWX containing a SITENAME column. However, I have not been able to find this table in the ARC Builder. Is it still available, or has it been replaced by another resource?

We do not release specific site information in ADNI.
