I want to perform early diagnosis and progression analysis of Alzheimer’s disease. For this, the number of stages (classes) of Alzheimer’s plays a crucial role in the work. However, I’m not sure how to obtain the most widely used classification scheme from the ADNI dataset. I specifically want to use ADNI-3, and I would also like to know the best protocols to follow for this type of analysis.

Also, how can I download the most commonly used class labels or staging information from ADNI-3?
