error in running the progression example using R package from 08.15.13

Hi group,

I am not sure how often this group is actively maintained, but thought I'd try my luck here anyways. I downloaded the R package off LONI with the time stamp of 08.15.13. I am having trouble running the progression example with this error:

Error: could not find function "na.locf"

This is just one of many inconsistencies that I've ran into along the way. My guess is that the code has evolved but not the example, anybody has any pointers?

Hi Rob,

 

It looks like na.locf is a function in the package “zoo”, so you may need to install that package.
