Request for guidance on accessing medication data and methods to eliminate their impact in MCI progression studies

Hello,

I am conducting research on predicting MCI progression to Alzheimer's using ADNI data.

A key challenge in our study is how to account for the effects of patients' medications on MCI progression outcomes. I have two critical questions:

1. How can I access complete medication data in the ADNI dataset, and what are the most relevant medication variables to consider for cognitive progression?

2. What are the recommended methodological approaches for eliminating or controlling medication effects when studying natural MCI progression? Are there standard practices in ADNI studies?
