I am writing to inquire about the availability and download location of longitudinal RNA-seq data from the ADNI4 (CLEAR-AD).
Specifically, I would like to know:
1. Where can the longitudinal RNA-seq data from ADNI4 / CLEAR-AD be downloaded?
2. Is the data available through the LONI Image & Data Archive (IDA), or is there a separate portal (e.g. AD Knowledge Portal)?
