ADNI dataset download

Hello Sir

I am currently working on the application of Artificial Intelligence—particularly Explainable AI (XAI)—in the context of Alzheimer's disease. For this purpose, I am using clinical and MRI data from the ADNI dataset.

I am reaching out to kindly ask if you could provide some guidance on how to prepare a dataset from the raw ADNI data.

 I have a problem to downoad data from ADNI . I want this kind of data,to do early detetction of alzheimer:

- ADNI-3 baseline data, with a 1-year follow-up (baseline)

- AXIAL acquisition, either 2D or 3D

- T1-weighted MRI scans

- Classification across five Alzheimer’s stages: CN, EMCI, MCI, LMCI,A

But in the advanced image search after specifying all these conditions I am not getting any image in the search. Kindly help me out.

Hi Bini,

 

Images were acquired at the screening visit. So, if you select ADNI3, ADNI Screening for the visit and T1, you will see a bunch of scans. You can then use the Description to identify which scans you want.

Hi Bini,

You can try with just "seach" Option, decide the advance search option,  there you can specify T1 and the research group whether CN, AD, LMCI, EMCI

For description you can type "MPRAGE" , you can view after search, use filters, don't need to fill all,

Fill
Research grp :CN or AD, LMCI, EMCI

Weight : t1

Description : Mprage (you can google it why it is)

I am also working on it.
