Hello,
If I'm correct the file ADASSCORES.csv contains a summary of the ADAS assessment in particular the ADAS-Cog (TOTAL11) and modified ADAS-Cog (TOTALMOD) scores but only for ADNI1 (it has the same subjects and viscodes than in ADAS_ADNI1.csv). I guess it has been computed from ADAS_ADNI1.csv. The answers for ADNIGO/ADNI2 are in ADAS_ADNIGO2.csv.
How can I access the ADAS-Cog and modified ADAS-Cog scores for ADNIGO/2? Is there a column in ADAS_ADNIGO2.csv or should I compute them?

The adnimerge table has the 11 and 13 item versions of ADAS totals (ADAS11 and ADAS13) across all phases of ADNI. The table is located at "Study Info" > "Key ADNI tables merged into one table" > "Key ADNI tables merged into one table".
The adnimerge table is also included in the R, SAS, Stata, and SPSS packages.
