Hi ADNI Experts.

I'm trying to PVC for PET using Point spread function each direction.
Also, I use ADNI3 Data.

There are two problems in PVC

1. I couldn't find the Model or Scanner CSV file in ADNI3 Study Data.
Where is it??

2. I found some subjects has no information about Scanner in PSF table(ADNI_PET_ScannerSmoothingTable.xls).

The subjects is 022_S_6013 has data bellow
In DICOM data,
(0008, 0070) Manufacturer                        LO: 'Philips'
(0008, 1090) Manufacturer's Model Name           LO: 'Ingenuity TF PET/CT'
(0054, 1103) Reconstruction Method               LO: 'BLOB-OS-TF'

But there is no scanner name in PSF table(ADNI_PET_ScannerSmoothingTable.xls).

What is the value to set the psf value for PVC??

Best Regards,

Elina Thibeau-Sutre

Hello,

I see that this issue is quite old, but I still have the same problem... Are there any news for ADNI3?

Best regards,

I have reached out to the PET Core for some assistance with your question. They are updating the file to include all scanners.
