Hi,

In case there is a rescan, I guess it should be chosen as the preferred image even if the QC rank are the same, right?

By the way, I have noticed that some rescans don't have the same Study ID than the original scan.

Thanks in advance,
Mathieu

Hum, it seems that for some cases, the preferred image (from the reference files), are not the rescans. Is that normal?

It's not exactly related but I have noticed that some series ID in MRIMPRANK corresponds to 2 lines with different RECNO (for example: 38913, 38914, 39943, 39944). AFAICT other columns are the same including the SCAN column which is 1 (i.e. no image is marked as a rescan). It's not the repeated images (since this one also exists in this file). I haven't found anything special in MRIMETA or MRILIST about those images. So I guess it's a typo that lead to duplicated lines.

What can I do in this case? Should I use the higher RECNO for this series?
