Hi everyone:

I'm confused that what "0" "1" "2" represent in variable named "ApoE" in adnimerge dataset. I have checked this website http://adni.bitbucket.org/adnimerge.html, but it doesn't help much. My guess is that ApoE4 allele genotype (2,3) (2,4) represents "0", (3,3) (3,4) represent "1", and (4,4) represents "2".

Can anyone help me verify my guess, or tell me what "0""1""2" really represent?

Thanks,

Xinzhu

Looking at the R code that generates the adnimerge file, this variable appears to count the number of e4 alleles.
