Help: Access CSF data for specific subjects

Hello,

 

I have MRI and PET data from some subjects from ADNI and I wanted to get for each subject their CSF information. What is the best way to do this? 

I tried to use the search option but I think that there isn't any option to choose CSF data search. I also went to Download Study Data -> Biospecimen Results and many results appear. I downloaded UPENNBIOMK5 for example and there isn't any subject ID matching the subjects ID I have which are in format (003_S_1057). The excel has only RID information. With RID information you can identify the subject ID?

Hi Rochelle,

LONI website has "Data FAQs" page under Support tab

In the "Interpreting Data" section has following info:

In the ADNI subject IDs of the form 123_S_5678, the last 4 digits correspond to the roster ID (RID) which you see in every CSV file. You can also refer to the adni_roster table which lists RIDs and their associated PTIDs (of the form 123_S_5678).
