Hi,

I have noticed that some series have a step called N3m. For instance series 93981 has the following images:

Image ID | Sequence

---------|-------------------------------------------

200795 | MP-RAGE

438650 | MT1; GradWarp; N3m

217978 | MPR; GradWarp; B1 Correction; N3; Scaled

If I understand this paper, N3m is better than N3 + Scaled, right? As the image ID is larger for the N3m image, I guess it has been added to the system later.

By the way, I have noticed that the file "ADNI_CompleteVisitList_8_22_12.csv" (in the preferred image data for 1.5T) contains several lines for each study. Usually this for series that have N3m and N3+Scaled images. Should this file be used in the process of selecting the preferred image?

Any idea on this issue?
