Help for RECMHIST

Hello everyone,

I recently opened the RECMHIST table and I saw that for every visit, the patients are assigned with one condition (Singular value on MHNUM). Is there a way to find out if the patients have more than one condition during a visit?

Hi John,

If subjects have multiple problems, these are entered using multiple rows for each subject in REMHIST table.
