I was wonderng where could I find ADNI 2 rsfMRI parameters (i.e., I need to know the TR). I have only partially found this information for ADNI 3.

Hi Santiago,

I was able to find the following for the ADNI-2 rsfMRI protocol: http://adni.loni.usc.edu/wp-content/uploads/2010/05/ADNI2_GE_16_fMRI.pdf - go to the last page for the fMRI sequence. I'm not sure if this has all of the information that you need. I also see a comment in the Ask the Experts section that says the DICOM headers for the images will include the specific parameters.

Thank you very very much, Ddanielle, for your help and for all your answers today! I guess, then, it will be 3 s of TR.

EDIT: I have just found that, when decompressing the .rar files, an .xml file appears for every DICOM (in my case nifti) scan. I believe that within each .xml file I can see absolutely all parameters I need, so I guess I won't even need to see the file header as you propose (yet, assessing quality of the data by studying  reliability from different sources is a good idea).
