Dear team,

I referred a paper called "NEUROIMAGING BIOMARKER BASED PREDICTION OF ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE SEVERITY WITH OPTIMIZED GRAPH CONSTRUCTION". Here they had chosen 816 subjects from the baseline cohort which is age and sex matched subjects. 

How come I will be able to download the exact images?

If you still need to do that, first subscribe on LONI website.

The general procedure is to create a personal image collection.

Then depending there are several ways depending if the paper lists the image ID used in the experiment

If so (once logged):
  - click on "Download" > "Image collections" > "Advanced Search"
  - enter (copy/paste) the image ID in the "Image ID" box and click search
  - click "select all" and "add to collection" and choose a name for the collection
Once this is done, you can download this collection.

If they don't provide the Image ID, you can still reconstruct it:
  - use the subject code to query the images at baseline and save it as a CSV file (there will be a huge number of images)
  - download the preferred image list: "Download" > "Study Data" > "Study Info" > "Data & Database"
  - use the second file to filter the first: you should identify one image per subject
You can now proceed as before

AIM : To get aleast 2,000 or above 1,000 MRI scans of the subjects

I am working Research on Alzhiemer's, for which I require 2,000 subjects for each classes, I have access to ADNI website dataset, in the Advanced search ,

after this I have downloaded CSV file to filter and based on MPRAGE ,I have around 432 unique subjects ,but for research we need atleast 2,000 subjects for each classes which are AD,CN,EMCI,LMCI ,

please any one help me out ,how to get 2,000 dataset, is there any other resources, other solution to get MRI SCANS ,MPRAGE,of slice thickness around 1.2mm ,T1 weight
