Dowload of Image Collections as NiFTI

Hello,

Until recently one could download image collections from ADNI either in the format that the images were archived ("As archived") or "As nifti". This option is no longer available and data are only downloaded as archived. I was wondering whether this is temporary or it was made a decision to remove the "As nifti" option. It is a small thing but we may need to update some pipelines if the option "as nifti" is permanently removed.

Hi Marion and Konstantinos,

 

My apologies for the delayed response. I checked in with folks at LONI who said this change was implemented back in March when they changed to a new uploader process.Tye recommend users use a format conversion of their choice. They also mentioned the following is a popular conversion tool by the Rorden Lab: https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix
