Greetings Everyone,

I am a PhD student from India working on research involving both genetic and neuroimaging data. I wanted to kindly ask if there is any documentation available that explains how to download imaging and genetic data corresponding to the same subjects.

Having access to such resources would be of great help to my work.

I would be grateful for any instructions or references you could share.

Hello,

I am a PhD student from Iran, and I am currently working with both clinical data and MRI images simultaneously.

For my own project, I followed these steps:

I used the instructions in the following link to download MRI images:
https://github.com/giocoal/ADNI-brain-MRI-alzheimer-WGAN-generation-and-classification/tree/main
Then I downloaded the ADNIMERGE clinical dataset and matched the common subjects with the MRI file based on their IDs.
To make sure everything was correct, I also contacted the authors of similar studies and asked them to share the IDs of the subjects they had selected, to make sure that I had downloaded the correct data.
