Regarding WGS SNP data

to Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Data

I have a couple of questions regarding the WGS SNP data available on ADNI (Genetic data).

- There is a downloadable in the 'plink' format, followed by the CASAVA SNV vcf files (29) and the GATK SNV files (23). Do all these files have the same information in different formats? .

- The 'Data FAQ' quotes the number of SNPs available in the WGS SNP data. But the files are named with 'X_SNV'. Is the data present in the files, SNP data or SNV data? .
