If you refer to the data dictionary, you will see the coding for numbers 1-5 (as well as how they map to the 0-3 scores).

You can download the data dictionary from the LONI website on the Study Data page, in the Study Info section.

I believe when you download the R package, you also get access to a variety of R programs that generate the tables, so you can refer to those specific files to see what is done.

Is there a way to see how the r package get faq table from original CVS. Since I have FAQ.cvs downloaded from LONI, it have maximal score = 5, but the FAQ table in R is normal, all scores are from 0 to 3.
