How to access GWAS data

to Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Data

Hi there,

Sorry if this is basic but i am trying to access a few snps to use as variables for an analysis. i've downloaded the genetic data by using

Download>Genetic Data> All

It seems that each csv is a single participants 70 odd thousand snps.

Is there a better way of accessing a particular snp for all participants ? A summary dataset where i could extract a particular snp for all using R ?
