Hi,

I have noticed that some visits have sometimes taken place at largely different dates (and may even have different study ID). For example, the screening visit of subject 130_S_0449 has original images from 7/05/2006 and from 11/22/2006 (spanning more than 4 months). Similarly the screening visit of 010_S_0472 has original images from 5/31/2006 and 11/02/2006 (more than 6 months). In both cases, MPRAGE and MPRAGE REPEAT images have been acquired (and several other types). Note that it doesn't seems to be a matter of image quality since the images have been processed and are in MRIMPRAGE.

I guess it means that first visit was not satisfactory for some reasons. Therefore should I always use the second visit?

Hi Mathieu,

The two cases you list below are rescans due to some issues with the original scan.  I'm not sure of the exact issues, but you can see they are rescans in the MRIMETA file (RECNO==2).

Hi Danielle,

Thanks for your answer (I looked in the MRINCLUSIO.csv file by mistake). I have been able to detect such cases and select the correct image.
