Hello!
I am trying to make a predictive model for diagnosis based on ADNI data.
In the ADNIMERGE there are two diagnosis DX and DX_bl. From other conversation, I have noticed that you recommend using DX with VISCODE bl since it is more accurate.
Do you confirm the fact above please? What about the patients who has empty DX at VISCODE bl but they have DX_bl or DX is filled in other visits?
Another question I have is related to classification in DX. I noticed the values of DX are Dementia, MCI, and CN. Does that mean Dementia = AD all the time? If not, which other parameter I should consider to know if Dementia is caused by AD.
