Asking about downloading ADNIMERGE data

We are working on our graduation project and it's about helping doctors to detect MCI and Alzheimer's disease before diagnosis 

We got an access to the data but we can't find the ADNIMERGE data, we found that there are packages like R package to use this data but we want to use ADNIMERGE using python to analyze the data and create models for the project so how can i download it?

Hi Ahmed,

 

On the Study Data page in the same section where you see the ADNIMERGE packages, there will be something described as “ANDIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table” – there are corresponding data dictionary and methods documents also.

Hi All,

Can any one please tell me whether ADNI has data on seropositivity to Cytomegalo virus. Also, is there any data showing exposure to air pollution or proxy variables such as living close to major city.

I have not seen air pollution (or proxies) or seropositivity to viruses in the ADNI data.

We have reached “ANDIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table” and downloaded

 1. (ADNIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table - Dictionary [ADNI1, GO,2,3])

2. (ADNIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table Methods (PDF) [ADNI1, GO,2])

3. ( ADNIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table [ADNI1, GO,2,3])

4. (Data Dictionary [ADNI1,GO,2,3])

And all we found were CSV files that contain a description of the data without containing a direct link for downloading this data



while we were browsing the website we found MRI data and other types of data and need to download those based on 'ADNIMERGE' according to the paper:
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2001037022003403

as we are going to follow different approaches to clustering the data and comparing the result then use the higher accuracy in our application.

The 3^rd file on your list there should be a file called ADNIMERGE.csv – that contains the data. The ADNIMERGE dictionary file (#1 on your list below) provides some information on the variables included in the ADNIMERGE file. The general data dictionary (#4 on your list) gives more details on the clinical and cognitive variables and which data tables they may be found in…
