ADAS item-level scores

Hi everyone,

I'd like the item-level ADAS scores for all phases (like ITEM.csv, which was only for ADNI1).

According to the data dictionary, the ADAS table should contain item-level scores, but they're not in the CSV file (LONI IDA ARC builder). The latest (02 June 2025) ADAS CSV file only includes ADAS 11 and 13 totals (columns TOTSCORE and TOTAL13).

However, they are available in adas.rdata in ADNIMERGE_0.0.1.tar.gz, but not for ADNI4.

Am I missing something?

My primary motivation is to get ADASQ4 so I can calculate the modified PACC scores in ADNI. (I'm writing my own updated adnimerger script.)

I am running into the same issue.  Running if you ever found a solution Neil?  If not, wondering from the admins where we can find the ADAS item scores?

My apologies! I must have missed Neil’s original question. First, an updated ADNIMERGE package (and ADNIMERGE table) is in development for ADNI4, which will include PACC scores. While we do not have the item level data (similar to ITEM.csv, which was a finer grain item-level data acquired by an outside investigator and then shared with ADNI), we do have question-level data. There has been an issue with harmonizing those question-level responses across the phases of ADNI, but to not hold up the total scores that many researchers use, the two total scores were computed and made available on the website.
