annotation/label files (*.annot) for Freesurfer processed MRI data

Dear ADNI community,

For the MRI data that has been postprocessed with Freesurfer, where can I find the Annotations file (.annot) that contains the parcellation data for each hemisphere?

(they are created in the subject's /label directory when Freesurfer processing is done, but I can not find them in ADNI search).

Hi Tanya,

 

I'd recommend getting in touch directly with the UCSF lab that generates the data - they should be able to let you know if those files are available or where to find the information you are looking for.  The best person to contact is probably Alix Simonson (Alix.S...@va.gov).
