Hi Teresa -
I see now that you were talking about the adnimerge table, not the ucberkeleyav45 table in the ADNIMERGE package. Thank you for pointing out (DM) that the adnimerge table was missing 7 observations with registry VISTYPE = "Non-standard". I fixed this issue last night. These 7 AV45 values are now included in the adnimerge table. Thanks for letting know about this. The new version is not on LONI yet. Probably sometime today.
I also edited how the adnimerger function (this function is in the R package, btw) uses the FreeSurfer QC logic. When we first wrote adnimerger, for whatever reason, we only referenced TEMPQC for the regions included in adnimerge ("Hippocampus", "Entorhinal", "Fusiform", "MidTemp", "Ventricles", "WholeBrain"). The function is now referencing the hippocampal qc values for each side (UCSFFSX51 has them, but UCSFFSX does not, so it still uses TEMPQC); VENTQC for ventricles; and OVERALLQC for whole brain.
