Hi Dear Danielle,

I am using ADNI PET (AV45, and AV1451) data with the Clinica pet-surface pipeline, which requires PSF values (psf_xpsf_ypsf_z) for each PET scan.

Could you please guide me if these values are available in ADNI. if yes, could you please point me to where (which table, file, or database) they are stored? and if not, whether there is a recommended or standard PSF (for example, FWHM in mm) that should be used for ADNI PET scans?

Any guidance or references would be very helpful.

Thank you,

Best,

Hi Muhammad,

I had reached out to the PET Core to see if they had any thoughts, but my email may have gotten buried. I’ll reach out again.

Danielle

Hi Muhammad,

My apologies! I heard back from the PET Core and here’s what they said:

If they are working with the fully-preprocessed amyloid and/or tau PET images, the FWHM is 6mm.  If they are working with FDG PET images, it is 8mm.

They should also  read all  this information
