to Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Data
Regarding the DNA methylation data source (whole blood or buffy coat) addressed in this paper (https://doi.org/10.1186/s13148-020-00864-y), is the column X (BCOAT) in the table ApoE Genotyping and Genetic Sample Collection tab) the correct column for me to refer if the sample source is buffy coat (=Yes) or whole blood (= No)?
