Medical History through time

Hello everyone

It has come to my attention that both RECMHIST and MEDHIST have the medical history of each patient for one visit. Is there somewhere the medical history of patients for every visit?

Hi John,

You can check ADNI Study Procedure manuals from https://adni.loni.usc.edu/methods/documents/

From reading the ADNI3 document, Medical history was assessed at Screening time only.

However, "Adverse Events" are checked at every clinic visit, so they should be recorded in ADVERSE (ADNI3,4) or RECADV (ADNI1,GO,2) tables.
