to Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) Data

I am working on the classification of Alzhiemer's disease using the resting state fMRI data, I have downloaded the functional and its respective structural file from the ADNI website. During pre-processing, while doing normalization I got black screen.

Also, when trying to check the image registration using SPM it shows one of the image (structural or functional) and the other one is black.

Anyone facing the same issue or having idea why is it happening??

It should be like image 1(attached) but it is showing results like image 2(attached).

Please guide.
