Hi everyone,
I have recently downloaded the latest imaging data (adni3), and I wanted to tag the diagnostic label to those data. However, in the latest version of the DXSUM_PDXCONV csv file, I only see 2 variables for subject in adni3, namely dxpark and dxdep, abiut parkisnonism and depression. Should I just assume that the clinical diagnosis has not changed for thes subjects ? Or am I missing a file containing diagnostic information specific to adni3 ?
Thank in advance for any answer

F.

I'll piggyback my own question to ask: is there an updated version of adnimerge that include adni3 around ?

If you are just looking for diagnosis (CN, MCI, Dementia), you will find that in the DXSUM_PDXCONV csv file in the Diagnosis variable for ADNI-3. ADNI-2 participants have diagnosis information captured in DXCHANGE and ADNI-1 has diagnosis information in DXCURREN, DXCONV, DXCONTYP. You can refer to the Data Dictionary to find the coding information.

The ADNIMERGE file includes ADNI-3 participants (RID>6000). What information are you looking for in these participants?
