TINA’S SUMMATION FOR THE TIME MANAGEMENT ARTICLE
Nowadays things are happening simultaneously that the only way to get ahead is by being able to make the right moves in the corresponding timeframe. In the overall scheme of things, time management is connected to efficiency in decision making which ultimately leads to livelihood but in the case of students, this would be scaled down to a more measurable form which would be the impact of time management on academic performance, which enables getting a job-giving rise to income leading to overall life satisfaction. This particular article used a 5point scale questionnaire with five options to select from always, frequently, sometimes, infrequently and never to determine whether time management actually had an effect on master students’ academic performance. Higher scores meant the best time management skills. These scores were measured against students’ actual GPA to see if there was a correlation between the two variables (time management, academic performance). The conclusion shows other constituents like pressure can affect the relationship between these two variables just as much as these two variables affect eachother. When it is all said and done, it all depends on how well you know your own thinking, behaviour and attitudes to better manage your time and workload effectively. All in all, time management is a very personal subject matter.
