can't sign to admob account after doing a google account transition

after linking my google account to admob i can't access to my admob
account

i click the login button and

and then Log in using your Google Account > sign in now

i enter my email and password and get a message

Please sign in using your existing AdMob credentials to link your
Google Account, ****@***da.com, to your AdMob Account.
After you complete the linking process, your Google Account will be
your primary login for AdMob.

the email field is already filled with my email ****@***da.com
and when i enter the password and click on the submit button

i have a message
This AdMob account is already linked to a Google Account. Please log
in to a different AdMob account or create a new one.

and i can't access to my account

please help me to fix this issue
