"Daily budget met" but no clicks???

I've just started a new ad campaign with a daily budget of $10. I
received an email evening this evening that my ad had been approved. I
visited my admob page and see a red ball with exclamation point in the
"status" column; a balloon saying "Daily budget met" appears over the
ball. Yet the page shows zero avg cpc, impressions, clicks, and ctr -
all are '0'. I am very confused - How can I have met my daily budget
if no one has clicked on my ad???
