Edit Targeting on Existing Campaign

Hi,

I need to edit the targeting of my campaign but, if I click the Edit
button underneath the campaign name in the campaign page, I can only
change little more than name and budget of that campaign.

How can I edit targeting options of an *existing campaign*?

Targeting options are under the AdGroup.

Edit the AdGroup under the campaign.
