Over counting clicks

As of late the amount of unique clicks versus total clicks my account
is getting is going absurdly out of line of where it should be.
Lately, on average, the amount of total clicks I'm getting is 3x the
amount of unique clicks I'm receiving. Which leads me to believe I'm
falling victim to some click fraud or being mischarged for a ton of
duplicate clicks. At one point I was spending a lot of money every
day on my account due to my campaigns profitability but as of right
now I've had to pause my campaigns due to the huge influx of duplicate/
fraudulent clicks.

I've attempted to email support multiple times now but have yet to
hear back on this issue.
