FYI, we ran into an issue today where rails was trying to load
the .rake files from admin_assistant's test_rails_app, which caused
problems because that could triggering the test app's environment.rb
file to be loaded. For an immediate solution we are patching our fork
of rails to only load rake tasks from sane locations in plugins.
