Greetings from ADMI.

Please find below an important update regarding the proposed Medical Investment Policy Launch Event being planned by the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana, tentatively scheduled in the coming weeks, likely on 1st June 2026.

As informed, the Government of Haryana has undertaken extensive consultations with industry stakeholders to develop an attractive ecosystem for MedTech investments, manufacturing expansion, and employment generation within the state.

HEPC has expressed its willingness to support prospective investors through facilitation and handholding mechanisms for availing benefits under the proposed policy framework. Further, HEPC may also enter into MoUs with interested companies/investors for proposed investments and expansion plans.

Members, especially manufacturers currently operating in Haryana or those planning investments/expansion in the MedTech and diagnostics sector, may consider exploring this opportunity.

Interested members are requested to kindly share their Expression of Interest with the ADMI Secretariat at the earliest to enable consolidation and onward submission to HEPC.

Dear All,

Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC), Dept. of Industries & Commerce, Government of Haryana is planning to host a Medical Investment Policy Launch Event in the coming weeks, may be on 1^st June, 2026. Based on the extensive consultation held with AiMeD, over last one year, where most of our requests have been agreed upon thereby making Haryana possibly the most attractive State for MedTech investment.

There is now a golden opportunity for Manufacturers to invest and employment generation. HEPC on behalf of Govt. of Haryana will assist the perspective investors. Those who are interested may share their expression of interest to enable us to compile the details and share it with HEPC at the earliest.

Also HEPC will like to enter into an MoU with individual investors for the same (draft MoU enclosed).

Manufacturers (especially those directly located in Haryana) who are already planning investment / expansion may like to avail of this handholding by HEPC in availing benefits and join the 1^st Journey Event.
