Dear Members,
Greetings from ADMI.
We are pleased to inform you that after discussions with the India Health 2026 team, special discounted participation rates have been exclusively offered for ADMI member companies from the diagnostics manufacturing sector.
The standard exhibition rates are:
• Standard Bare Space (minimum 27 sqm): INR 13,500 per sqm + GST
• Standard Shell Scheme (minimum 9 sqm): INR 14,500 per sqm + GST
Special Rates for ADMI Members:
• Shell Scheme (minimum 6 sqm): INR 11,000 per sqm + GST
• Bare Space (minimum 27 sqm): INR 10,000 per sqm + GST
Further, the minimum shell scheme size requirement has also been reduced from 9 sqm to 6 sqm exclusively for ADMI members to support greater participation, especially from smaller and emerging companies.
**Please note that these special rates are applicable uniformly for all ADMI member companies and are available only for ADMI Members.
Members interested in participating in India Health 2026 from 21–23 August 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi are requested to connect with the ADMI Secretariat for further coordination.

Thank you for your email.
I'd like to clarify that the discounted rates we've shared below apply uniformly to all ADMI members, regardless of whether they are classified as MSME or not. This is a single standard rate for all ADMI members and is exclusively available to diagnostic manufacturing companies only.
Standard Rate for All ADMI Members:
- Shell Scheme (minimum 6 sqm): INR 11,000 per sqm + GST
- Bare Space (minimum 27 sqm): INR 10,000 per sqm + GST
Additionally, to make participation more economical for your members, we have reduced the minimum shell scheme size from 9 sqm to 6 sqm specifically for ADMI members.
Please note that no other associations or companies are receiving this rate or this reduced minimum size. This is a special offer extended only to ADMI members.
We kindly request you to circulate this information among your members so interested companies can proceed with their bookings.

Thank you for your email and for extending the discounted rates for ADMI members for India Health 2026.
We appreciate your support towards strengthening participation from the diagnostics industry and your willingness to collaborate with ADMI.
However, we would like to highlight that a majority of ADMI member companies fall under the MSME category. Earlier, the MSME rate for a 6 sqm shell scheme booth was quoted at INR 12,000 per sqm + GST, as shared previously.
Considering the significant MSME representation within our association, we request you to kindly extend a more preferential discount structure specifically for MSME members as well. This would greatly encourage wider participation from small and emerging diagnostics companies and further strengthen the partnership between India Health and ADMI.
We would appreciate it if you could reconsider the MSME pricing and share a revised proposal at the earliest.
