ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Marketing: *The Marketing executive is responsible for the creation and communication of marketing B2B content as well as for the measurement of its effect on marketing goals *Create and coordinate the production and distribution of content for direct marketing: sales presentations, brochures, demos, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, etc. by working closely with Ugam's Senior Leadership, SME's, and Ugam's PR Partners. *Create or Re-purpose content for the website, blog and social media, advertising campaigns *Monitor, measure, and optimize the content and distribution methods to meet the marketing goals *Reviewing and revising copy created by our business units, internal competencies and outside resources *Covering or assisting with copyediting and proofreading *Brainstorming with the Design team on creative concepts. You will need "out-of-the-box" thinking to meld copy with the visual elements of the brand *Assist in developing and managing all marketing assets *Evolving brand language and editorial guidelines as needed.
Corporate Communication: *Craft messages for an internal audience (employees) or an external audience (customers or the public), to achieve positive media coverage for Ugam's businesses *Assist in executing and managing all internal communication (i.e. to employees/staff) related to Employer Branding *Identify, collect and generate 'success stories' for internal and external use and for internal and corporate campaigns. *Ensure adherence to calendar of key messages and corporate communication activities *Assist in timely co-ordination of employee communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency.
