Position: Market Research Executive

Office Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

Experience: 0 to 3 year 

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Salary: 2.1 to 2.5LPA(In Hand)+5000/- Reimbursement (Mobile +Travelling)


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Identify new projects in defined territory and source all available information - floor plans, location plans, brochures etc.

* Interact with developer's sales team and find out market status - prices, sales, construction status over Phone.

* Update information on regular basis in database for further analysis.

* No Sales and sales target is involved.

* 80% office Job, 20% Field job involves.

* Need to take information through phone only.

* Need to visit Builder's office or project only if required.


Skill Sets:

* Open to travel locally.

* Should have local geographical knowledge.

* Own conveyance is a must.

* Should be strong in relationship building.

* Should be fluent in local language.

Title: Marketing Executive

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To execute marketing strategies/activities to meet company's objectives. To closely look at Ugam's India PR, Marketing Events, Social Media and Internal Communications

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

Marketing:
*The Marketing executive is responsible for the creation and communication of marketing B2B content as well as for the measurement of its effect on marketing goals
*Create and coordinate the production and distribution of content for direct marketing: sales presentations, brochures, demos, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, newsletters, etc. by working closely with Ugam's Senior Leadership, SME's, and Ugam's PR Partners.
*Create or Re-purpose content for the website, blog and social media, advertising campaigns
*Monitor, measure, and optimize the content and distribution methods to meet the marketing goals
*Reviewing and revising copy created by our business units, internal competencies and outside resources
*Covering or assisting with copyediting and proofreading
*Brainstorming with the Design team on creative concepts. You will need "out-of-the-box" thinking to meld copy with the visual elements of the brand
*Assist in developing and managing all marketing assets
*Evolving brand language and editorial guidelines as needed.

Corporate Communication:
*Craft messages for an internal audience (employees) or an external audience (customers or the public), to achieve positive media coverage for Ugam's businesses
*Assist in executing and managing all internal communication (i.e. to employees/staff) related to Employer Branding
*Identify, collect and generate 'success stories' for internal and external use and for internal and corporate campaigns.
