Buying of stocks and Negotiation with vendors
Pricelist- Setting Price structure
Designing promotional schemes to meet the business targets alongwith marketing team
Controlling inventory by ensuring timely delivery to stores, reviewing stock positions at DC and ordering stocks for future supplies to avoid any stock out situation at stores.
Setting MBQ's
Benchmarking &Trend Analysis
Data Analysis: Analyzing weekly & Monthly efficiency report to maintain the margin, maintain the stock at the DC.
Vendor Management: Meeting with vendors for new product introduction and analysis of new brand including their commercial aspects.
Focus on Private Brand Establishment to drive margins of particular category.
Coordinating with category team, marketing , rdc team
