Usually I am not using admb command prompt window, I am using emacs.  following is the last part of output when I run make under the admb command prompt window this morning, I think it is the same as  in your link http://admb-project.org/documentation/admb-installation-setup

 

ECHO is off.
Completed ADMB example and runs
Successful
ECHO is off.

By the way, it take long time to run through it, the first time when I run the make, after I see it output the estimation values, I just kill the window.
