안녕하세요.

Adlib SDK(5.1.0.0)를 이용해서 광고 미디에이션 기능을 붙이고, 구글 플레이 콘솔을 통하여 앱을 등록하였습니다.(앱의 대상 연령대는 13세 이상입니다.)
하루가 지난 시점에 구글측에서 아래와 같은 내용의 메일을 보냈습니다.

SDK에서 어떤 정보를 수집하고 있는지 알려주시고 이 문제를 해결하려면 어떻게 대처해야 되는지도 알려주시길 바랍니다.

I reviewed (출시하려는 앱), and had to reject it because it violates the personal and sensitive information policy and section 4.8 of the Developer Distribution Agreement. If you submitted an update, the previous version of your app is still live on Google Play.

Here’s how you can submit your app for another review:

Read through the Personal and Sensitive Information article and make the necessary changes to your app. Your app is using the Adlibr SDK, which is uploading users Installed Application information to http://log.adlibr.com without a prominent disclosure. Prior to the collection and transmission, it must prominently highlight how the user data will be used, describe the type of data being collected and have the user provide affirmative consent for such use. Your app must handle user data securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography (for example, over HTTPS). Make sure to also post a privacy policy in both the designated field in the Play Developer Console and from within the Play distributed app itself.

Make sure your app is compliant with the User Data policy and all other policies listed in the Developer Program Policies. Remember that additional enforcement could occur if there are further policy issues with your apps.

Sign in to your Play Console and upload the modified, policy compliant APK. Make sure to increment the version number of the APK.

Submit your app.

We classify user information as including but not limited to, call logs, message logs, email address, phone number, name, social media account information, and contacts as private and confidential information. An app downloaded from Google Play (or its components or derivative elements) which transmits this information off of the device without obtaining the user’s explicit consent is in violation of section 4.8 of the DDA.
