Many of you on the distribution list knew my friend and fellow judge Pat McLaughlin. TWS
Judge Patrick F. McLaughlin and I sat next to each other at SSA judicial training eighteen years ago. We became very close friends. He was as close to being a brother to me as one can be who is not related. He was a great man and a great jurist.
Susan and I were honored to be adopted by the entire McLaughlin clan. His eldest daughter, Meghan, asked me to officiate at her wedding. We are so happy we were able to go on a wonderful river cruise with Pat and Julie two months ago in June.
Susan and I are driving to Jacksonville Monday to attend the services and burial.
May He Rest In Peace,
Judge Tom Snook
