Monday - Honeoye Inlet Paddle

Believe  it or not - right now- the weather looks good for Monday!!!!  Sunny and NO rain!!!!  Wow! 

We'll be paddling into the inlet of Honeoye Lake.  We'll meet at the New York State boat launch at the south end of the lake.  4 miles south of the village of Honeoye off East Lake Rd.  for an 11:00 paddle.  If you are over 60 you do not have to pay to park but you do have to use your license to prove your age. 

We'll launch at the state launch site, paddle across the south end of the lake and enter into the inlet.  We'll paddle past the Muller Field Station and see their new addition then hopefully, have time to paddle into the channel for a bit.  We'll paddle for an hour, stop for drinks and snacks then return to our put in. 

Be prepared to sign the liability release form, wear your PFD correctly, keep an eye on other paddlers and stay with the group. Dress for the weather and bring extra clothes along - just in case!!!

If you are not a member of the ADK you are welcome to join us for up to 2 outings.  After that, you are encouraged to join the club.  ADK-gvc.org.
