Monday Paddle (June 23rd)

Our paddle for Monday begins at the Genesee Waterways center (149 Elmwood Ave. Rochester  - Drive back in, past the pools on the left)  We'll be paddling south a bit and then east to check out Red Creek.  We'll paddle as far as we can in the creek then return to the river to complete our paddle.  The put in is off low docks, or you can slide your boat in at a grassy area to the right of the docks.  We'll paddle for 2 hours.  This is a 10:00 - 12:00 paddle.  

Bring your boating supplies, hydration, appropriate clothing for the weather and extra clothing for "just in case". 

If you are not an ADK member you are welcome to join us for up to 2 outings.  After that, we ask that you consider becoming a member of the ADK - it's a great organization to be part of. 

The weather right now doesn't look too great for Monday - watch your email Sunday evening/Monday morning in case we cancel.  Paddling in the rain is just not that much fun if we don't have too.  But hope to see you Monday morning.  I'm anxious to get back out in my boat!!!
