Moderately strenuous (due to length) 8 - 12 mile hike with ~1,000 - 1,500’ of elevation gain. This is not a beginner’s hike. Depending on group size and pace, this hike could take 6 to 7 hours, so please plan accordingly. If you have time constraints, this may not be the hike for you. Please bring a lunch, snacks, plenty of water and a positive attitude. We will take some trails to the Big Bend area and then venture to a different trail in the Big Bend area. We will do some exploring. You must contact the hike leader if you are interested in joining. Once I know who is going, I will send out final details (meeting time and location) to the group.
