Moderate to strenuous 8 - 12 mile hike with ~500 - 800’ of elevation gain. This is not a beginner’s hike. Depending on group size and pace, this hike could take 6 to 7 hours, so please plan accordingly. If you have time constraints, this may not be the hike for you. Please bring a lunch, snacks, plenty of water and a positive attitude. We will hike a variety of trails in the Sterling Nature Center. This will include hiking in woods, along the lakeshore (including drumlins) and wetland trails. We may do some exploring. You must contact the hike leader if you are interested in joining.
